Nada Sewidan holds a masters in English with a concentration in publishing and is currently attending the MFA creative writing program at Portland State University. She serves as a graduate instructor at the university, as well as the Editor-in-chief at Vanguard. The restaurant industry has been an integral part of supporting her during her educational period, and she is committed to serving its community through nonprofit work with Family Meal. Originally born in Alexandria, Egypt, Nada currently resides and works at a restaurant in Portland, Oregon.
